Layovers at Helsinki airport just got better with the newly installed GoSleep pods

According to reports, Helsinki was ranked the third most sleep-friendly airport from amongst the thousands in the world and with the newly installed GoSleep pods, it might rank even higher. The GoSleep pods, were installed recently by Finavia, the Finland state owned corporation in-charge of maintaining and developing all of Finland’s airports. The pods are chairs that can transformed into a beds with their own top cover to give travelers the utmost privacy on their layovers at Helsinki. Under the cover travelers are shut in from the noise and light of the busy airport and can catch up on some restful hours and maybe even avoid jetlag. The seat comes with a charging point and hand luggage storage space under it and pillows and blankets are available on request at Gate 18 and Gate 38 at Helsinki airport.
