A total of 711 spectacular waterfront properties will take shape in Northwest Saudi Arabia, featuring mansions, apartments, and beach villas surrounded by the grandeur of mountains and beautiful vistas. Neom shared the news with a video on X, stating, “Introducing Norlana, an elite waterfront community, global cruising destination, and private enclave for the world’s most discerning connoisseurs, located north of the Gulf of Aqaba coastline.” Recently, the ever-ambitious Crown Prince MBS unveiled several projects in Neom as part of Vision 2030.

However, his advisors have suggested caution, postponing certain projects to streamline the development of several billion-dollar initiatives simultaneously. In fact, just last week, the oil-rich kingdom openly discussed budget cuts for the first time and acknowledged delaying certain over-the-top (OTT) developments planned for Vision 2030. Simultaneously, they plan to accelerate projects nearing completion. The recently announced projects include Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, and Utamo in the Gulf of Aqaba.
