Set to be home to one-time performances, stunning backdrops, and unprecedented events, Utamo is a venue par excellence nestled in a mountain along the Gulf of Aqaba coastline. It promises to offer a picturesque, almost otherworldly backdrop for music events, exhibitions, and art activations.
Visitors will be welcomed into this oasis of art and entertainment via a mystical floral promenade, artistically interwoven with 50 species of shrubs, herbs, and flowers. The grand hall, with its 210-foot-high ceilings, serves as the hub for merging art and architecture, and includes a multipurpose performance space.
With the backing of visionary Crown Prince MBS, Utamo is set to become a futuristic and distinguished event venue—a magical space that comes alive with shows and concerts featuring the world’s top artists. The Future Theater will merge reality with virtual worlds and include multipurpose show spaces, VIP lounges, and luxury restaurants.
Neom announced the project on Instagram with a snippet showcasing the wonders of Utamo. The post was captioned, ‘Introducing Utamo, an immersive destination for arts and entertainment. A global stage and haven of creativity, Utamo will deliver a host of exclusives.’ Utamo will join a series of intriguing projects taking shape in Neom, such as Siranna, Leyja, and Epicon.
