Hermès Arceau pocket Promenade de Longchamp is a unique time-piece

We don’t see much of these around nowadays, but they are brilliant treasures. Hermès is launching another of its unique pocket watches – The Arceau wristwatch imagined in 1978 by Henri d’Origny is brought to life by Hermès in a pocket-watch version with a cord-strap fixed to the arch like a stirrup leather to a stirrup. You can tuck it in a trouser or jacket pocket. The case-back features a motif sculpted from a block of natural mother-of-pearl, which shows an equestrian scene including a carriage, horses, and protagonists engraved on two superimposed gold plates. It features a white gold 43.2 mm case and grey-blue mother-of-pearl dial and comes with a matt Havana alligator leather pouch.
