The Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong joins hands with expert chefs for a three-day dining treat

From June 7 to 9th, The Ritz Carlton London will be hosting an exclusive culinary adventure, that die-hard gourmands must miss at no cost! For the three-day gala event, the hotel has collaborated with two renowned chefs – Chef Zaiyu Hasegawa from Den and Chef Julien Royer from Odette, who together have juiced onto their creativity for an inviting dining spread of sorts.

Den and Odette were serenated with the #2 and #5 spot respectively at the recently revealed, ‘Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2018” list. This only means that Ritz Carlton’s upcoming culinary event will give us a chance to relish the best of Japan and Singapore on a plate. Chef Hasegawa and Chef Royer, through their common vision for excellence have crafted an intriguing food menu that encompasses premium caviar selects, alongside a range of classic spirits and signature dishes. For HK$3,888 per person, guests are invited for a ten-course grand celebration that begins with a spoonful of fine Prunier Caviar and a glass of Dom Perignon champagne.

The experience further continues with a wide spread of dishes, each carefully crafted by experts on board, and is finally rounded off with handpicked wines and sake. In alternative to a ten-course, one can also opt for a six-course lunch menu priced at HK$1,688 per person. A four-hand culinary encounter, as this one’s called, is certainly not one that can be missed!
