Grand Seiko launches the Caliber 9S25, an exclusive new timepiece for women

Given Grand Seiko’s expanding range, it is hardly a surprise to know that the brand has recently launched a new timepiece, exclusively for women. Called the Caliber 9S25, the watch comes in an undeniably beautiful rose gold case that is matched up by an equally stunning crocodile strap in black. Not just a stunning looker, Grand Seiko’s new baby boasts of top-notch technology and a craftsmanship that is rare to be found.

Offering a slim profile and a heightened level of performance, the Caliber 9S25 measures a tiny 4.49 mm in height, with a strong 50-hour power reserve. It boasts of the brand’s latest 610 alloys for the balance spring and MEMS engineering for the pallet fork, escapement wheel and other key components. The watches escapement wheel is further fine-tuned to be lighter with an 8 feet caliber and 33 jewels, for maximum strength. Much like each its counterparts, the Caliber 9S25 too, is wound by hand at the profound Shizukuishi Watch Studio in Morioka. (through a 17-day testing procedure)

The delicate beauty also comes with a sapphire case back and a brilliant silver lamé dial with 37 encrusted diamonds in the bezel. One large diamond along with 11 others also adorn the hours of the watch, just as spectacularly. Manufactured in 50 limited edition pieces, Grand Seiko’s Caliber 9S25 is truly a treasure to behold. It will cost an approximate €32,000 ($39,723 USD) and will come with an additional white strap for versatility.
