The rise of branded residences in Miami has reshaped how luxury homes are imagined. No longer just private spaces, they are now expressions of identity curated through partnerships with names that carry cultural weight. Pagani, the boutique hypercar maker known for sculptural machines built in the spirit of Italian artistry, has joined this movement with its first residential tower in North Bay Village.

And at the very top of this building sit two penthouses that fold the Pagani worldview into architecture. Each comes with something rarer than a view or a private terrace. Buyers will receive a Pagani Utopia Roadster in a Miami Edition specification that cannot be purchased through any dealership or allocation network.

The penthouses are priced at $28.5 million and $30 million, spread across the 28th and 29th floors. The larger of the two spans 12,200 square feet and includes five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and more than 5,000 square feet of outdoor living space. The smaller residence offers four bedrooms and five bathrooms across 10,700 square feet. Both are defined by open terraces facing Biscayne Bay, 13-foot ceilings, and private elevators that bring residents directly into their homes.

The interior language draws from Pagani’s approach to material harmony. Light oak flooring meets metal inlays, while the second floor features travertine shaped with a soft, natural finish. The staircase connecting the two levels is sculptural rather than structural in presence, echoing the way Pagani shapes carbon fiber into flowing forms in its cars. Kitchens come from Schiffini Magistretti and are outfitted with Gaggenau appliances, while the master bathrooms feature Pagani’s own 1000-line travertine detailing and Gessi fittings.

The Utopia Roadster Miami Edition serves as a bridge that connects the penthouse to the Pagani philosophy. The car has been personally designed by Horacio Pagani in a shade of blue inspired by the city’s sky and shoreline. The Utopia, powered by a Mercedes AMG twin-turbo V12, is already a limited machine, but this edition is even more elusive because it cannot be ordered or commissioned. It is available only to the owners of these two residences. To deepen that connection, buyers will travel to Modena for a private tour of the Pagani museum and atelier and meet with the Pagani Arte team to shape additional details of their home.

Miami has become a global hub for collectors and travelers who treat the city as one residence among many. The Pagani penthouses speak to this lifestyle, where the home is part of a larger system that includes superyachts, aircraft, and design objects selected for meaning rather than necessity. Here, the car is not an added bonus. It is a signature. The home and the hypercar are intended to be understood as one composition, shaped by the same eye, guided by the same hand.
