This automaker’s hypercars are so expensive that the base price of its cars is more than an ultra luxury residence on its plush residential tower in Miami

The sunny and beautiful city of Miami, Florida, is set to welcome the world’s first Pagani-branded luxury residential project. Known as the Pagani Residences, the hypercar manufacturer teamed up with Riviera Horizons to build the exclusive residential tower that will come up in Miami’s North Bay Village. This makes Pagani the latest high-end automotive brand to enter the real estate business. The Pagani Residences is being touted as a “boutique luxury residential building with interiors designed by Pagani Arte.” The design of the waterfront property is inspired by the same principles that inspire the design of Pagani’s supercars and hypercars: a reverence for the Renaissance and its fusion of art and science.

The exclusive 28-story tower will have 70 all-corner residences with two to four bedrooms, ranging from 2,000 to more than 3,300 square feet (186 to 307 square meters) in size. Every floor will have only four residences, with each of them featuring an expansive outdoor terrace that measures up to 1,040 square feet (97 square meters).

In addition to that, each residence will be “entirely customized” and come with 11-foot (3.3-meter) ceilings. The tower will also have extravagant penthouses up to 6,900 square feet (641 square meters) in size, featuring extensive outdoor spaces with private pools and hot tubs. The tower will offer a host of premium amenities, including a sky lounge, fitness center, spa, pet spa, and water sports equipment.

The company’s founder, Horacio Pagani, said: “Our aspiration is for residence owners to evoke the same exhilaration and excitement that our auto enthusiasts and owners experience every time they get behind the wheel of their Pagani hypercar.” The project is slated to be complete in 2027 and the prices of the Pagani Residences start at $2.4 million. Interestingly, the jaw-dropping hypercars built by the company have a higher starting price. The Utopia, Pagani’s latest model, has a base price of $2.5 million; but the actual price after basic customization can easily cross $3.5 million.

Automotive-branded luxury residences have become extremely popular over the last few years, with names like Aston Martin, Bentley, Mercedes, Lamborghini, and even Bugatti capitalizing on the new hot condo market scene with their own projects across the globe. However, Miami has been the preferred destination for many of these brands. It all started with Porsche, which started this trend with the Porsche Design Tower, which was completed in 2014. Even Lionel Messi owns a condo in the exclusive high-rise, which has only 132 total residences. Its immense commercial success immediately attracted other brands to jump on the bandwagon.

Ever since the city has also become a venue for Formula One racing, the demand for luxury automotive-themed residences has only gone up. The official Pagani Residences website reads: “Long inspired by the Italian Renaissance, Pagani’s presence in Miami complements the city’s global revival—now an epicenter of art, culture, finance, and lifestyle.”
