Katy Perry has become the new face of Moschino. The singer shared a campaign image on her Instagram with the caption THE FACE OF MOSCHINO leaving no doubt about her new job. The “Roar” singer has been spotted sporting Jeremy Scott’s tongue-in-cheek designs for Moschino on a number of different occasions. She also wore a Jeremy Scott for Moschino gown to the Met Gala earlier this year and was photographed posing with Scott on the red carpet.
In the campaign, Katy sports the short, dark wig that she wore to the Met Gala and is clad in a gold bustier, patchwork denim jacket and black skirt accessorized with numerous gold chain necklaces and belts. The outfit may be too costume-y for some, but Katy’s beauty look was flawless with dewy skin and metallic eye make-up.
Katy’s own style has never been terribly serious and she always seems to be having fun in Scott’s designs, so this may just be a match made in fashion heaven.
