Penny Pritzker, mother of two, called 1875 North Orchard Street her home. The modern mansion that resembles a Hyatt hotel or a museum was built in 2002 for an estimated $3.4 million, per Chicago Mag.


It is one of the select few homes in Lincoln Park that boast a height of 47 feet high. The incredible homes are located near historic districts in the Gold Coast and Old Town Triangle and flaunt massive yards. It is in this home that she hosted the Obamas over dinner.
