Take a look inside Jackie Chan’s uber-luxurious 150-foot super yacht

Chinese shipyard Jinlong has launched its flagship superyacht which was commissioned by none other than the martial artist and actor Jackie Chan. The order for the uber-luxury vessel that measures 46.5 meters was signed in October 2017, with the construction for the superyacht taking place at Jinglong’s Huludao Yacht Industry Park facility. Dutch Yacht Design & Naval Architecture firm Mulder Design was given the task of designing the exterior as well as the interior of the Jinlong 4601. Mulder Design has previously penned designs for the likes of Sunrise, Baglietto, Heesen, and Benetti. The all-aluminum yacht features an aerodynamic yet classic yacht design finished in monochromatic all-white paintwork for the body contrasted with a jet-black hull. The name ‘JinLong’ is inscribed on the front in striking gold in Chinese as well as English.

The luxury vessel is powered by twin MTU 16V 2000 M84 diesel engines that can propel it to a maximum speed of 21 knots, while it has a maximum range of an impressive 3000 nautical miles when cruising at a speed of 12 knots. This is not the first luxury yacht owned by the 65-year-old actor; back in 2017, the Chinese superstar took delivery of a 125-foot luxury vessel crafted by Chinese shipyard Ruiying Yachts which is packed to the brim with top of the line amenities. More details of Jackie Chan’s new vessel, including the amenities, are yet to be revealed. The Jinlong 4601 will undergo sea trials before it is handed over to Jackie.
