British Vogue celebrates 100 years with these 5 special limited edition products

A century of fashion is no light matter. Vogue has officially entered the bracket of legends. This year is the British magazine’s celebration of 100 years of offering the world of fashion something no short of brilliance. To honour this accomplishment, loyalist brands have come up with a few birthday treats. Burberry, Miu Miu, Jimmy Choo, Mappin & Webb, and Moet & Chandon have come up with treats that only come once in a … well, a hundred years.

The Sandringham heritage trench coat by Burberry
Burberry: A glamorous jump into the past, Burberry unveils the Sandringham heritage trench coat. It is beautifully lined with gabardine lace and features large black buttons. The trench coat was first designed by creator Thomas Burberry in 1912 for army officers to be safe against rain and wind. Today is an all-year-round necessity in any brand-loyal closet.
The Diorama bag by Dior
Dior: The Diorama bag gets a little notoriously appealing. Scalloped lines inspired by Victorian underway using the Union Jack colours wraps up a fine bag that must not go unattained. Run, jump, fly to Sloane Street, Mount Street or Harrods to pick yours.
The Hanover sandal by Jimmy Choo
Jimmy Choo: Sandra Choi, the Creative Director of J. Choo Limited is a beauty with brains it seems. She has designed a pair of shoes that is a tribute to Hanover Square where the Vogue offices are located, in London. The Hanover, as it is named, is a criss-cross of metallic leather strips in silver, gold and black. It looks like the Eiffel Tower got dismantled to create a shoe – such art!
Mappin & Webb
Mappin & Webb: Apparently, this silversmith appeared on the very first edition of Vogue, back in 1916. And here there are, standing strong, rooted by the threads of time. It is a simple chain with one heart, and one medallion. Simple, sweet.
Moet-Vogue-100-Bottle-Vogue-100-Products-Vogue-3March16_b_426x639
Moet & Chandon: To leave an after taste to this package, can something beat champagne? Maybe, but not here. Moet & Chandon honours Vogue’s anniversary with a bottle studded with 106 Swarovski crystals.
