Ok, Harry Potter and Gandhi made sad spectacle frames look cool, but today hardly anyone you know would want a poorly designed pair of glasses. After looking at fellow brands going retro with its designs, it is turned for Givenchy to try its hand at retro-inspired glasses in their Fall 2011: the Panther collection. Inspired from the 1950s, these cat eyeglasses can be picked up in yellow, charcoal, plum, navy hues priced at $574 each. If you feel a bit more adventurous, pick up the trimmed version sporting black fur on the frame with a panther on each temple piece at a neat $640. Looks uninspiring to me, though.
