It looks like gold is the new silk. At a recent exhibition held in southwest China’s mountain city of Chongqing, models displayed this new gold fashion trend. One of the models was seen walking the ramp in a set of pure gold underwear for women while another male model flaunted a pure gold tie and wrist strap for men—no clue whether this line is comfy or not. But anyone who wishes to follow suit can expect to shell out approx 4 million Yuan ($585,396) to own this precious set of clothing. I personally am against any bling makeovers, so this line has definitely failed to impress me.
Definitely unique, wonder how many people will fall prey to the charms of this golden collection?
