Audi and Apple join hands to present the Audi Music Interface for complete music buffs. All you require is an Audi (any of A5, A6, A8, and Q7), and an Apple iPhone. Now that isn’t too much you are asking for! Actually, the Audi Music Interface is the mobile phone preparation with the Bluetooth interface, optionally available in all Audi model lines. Actually, it’s a cable and software update that routes the iPhone’s music through the car stereo. Navigation via the normal Audi controls allows you to browse by artist, track title, playlist, or genre. You can also look for the standard hands-free functions (accept/reject call/hands-free). Furthermore the mobile phone preparation supports the display of the signal strength and the provider’s name, in addition to the transfer of the telephone directory including the icons “Work”, “Home”, “Mobile” and the call lists.

However all this could have been more simpler if Apple would have equipped its ‘jesus phone’ with A2DP Bluetooth for wireless music.
