Shake Shack goes ever more luxe – Creates an exotic Truffle menu

If gorging on Shake Shack burgers is on your mind – here’s something to get you excited! In addition to its range of gluttony inducing items, the marquee has now unveiled an exclusive Truffle menu in collaboration with New York City’s leading importer of rare and specialty foods, Regalis Foods.

The limited-edition range features the iconic Shack Burger, Shroom Burger, and Shack Stack with real truffle. It includes a black truffle sauce made with Regalis’ USDA Organic Black Truffle Arbequina Oil, caramelized mushrooms, thyme, fresh bay leaf, port, madeira fortified wines, and parmesan cheese. Flavored with real truffles, the oil is the star attraction of the exotic menu.
