A Harry Potter styled double-decker bus has been converted into a hotel – It also has a shower

If UK’s Devon is forming a part of your itinerary this summer, we have an unconventional choice of accommodation for you; a double-decker bus. No, we’re not talking about a crummy old-fashioned piece of transport; we’re talking private bar and hot tub. The increasing popular holiday home has been recently listed with Sykes Holiday Cottages.

On the upper deck, discover a spacious living area and a cozy library brimming with Agatha Christie classics. Its further dotted with a vinyl record player and a 1950’s radio coupled with a sofa and TV. Spend afternoons admiring the lush-green landscape from the kitchen and dining area, also located on the upper deck.

The back of the bus is graced with a double bedroom entailing a master double and a single day bed with a curtain for additional privacy. A shower and WC room has also found a place on the lower deck.

The eccentric yet lavish home has been fully restored to its former glory with a few perks of course. The hotel known as Bertram’s Hotel, set in Hartland’s countryside, has already occupied a position on our bucket list.
