Suite of the week – Central Park Suite at Four Seasons New York

Four Seasons New York recently upped its opulent quotient by spending $120 million on the renovation to create an extraordinary space where no guest would ever want to leave. The newly remodeled suites were personally overseen by visionary hotelier and design innovator Ty Warner who used contrasting textures and unique architectural details combined with unmatched views of New York City to create a beautifully designed tranquil escape.

It comes as no surprise then that we wish to feature the Central Park Suite as our suite of the week. It is aptly named Central Park suite for a reason and let us tell you why. The suite has two windows facing north overlooking Central Park; a third window facing west and overlooking the Hudson River or east looking over the East River and the Atlantic Ocean. The many windows in the room mean the suite is infused with an abundance of natural light. Talk about a room with a view!

Measuring 800 Sq. ft. of refined elegance, the suite comes with custom handcrafted furnishings, distinctive wood paneling, and features 100% wool carpets and hand-knotted rugs to lend the living spaces an intimate yet elegant feel. The bathroom is spacious and done tastefully in Italian Breccia Oniciata marble and has a separate glass-enclosed shower and a deep-soaking tub. The bedroom comes with a King-sized Infinity bed and a 65” curved screen television. A living room with a 55” curved screen television, a separate sitting area, state of the art technology and complimentary WIFI complete the experience. All guests get to also enjoy complimentary access to the fitness center.

Dining options are aplenty. You can sip on cocktails in the lively TY Bar or dine in the elegant restaurant The Garden where they serve breakfast, lunch, and brunch. For that much-needed relaxation, head to the L.RAPHAEL Beauty Spa where they have ten treatment rooms including two luxury couples’ suites, a full-service hair salon, two nail stations, saunas in the men’s and women’s locker rooms as well as a retail boutique offering the full line of L.RAPHAEL premium skincare products.

Why you should splurge on it?
Number one reason would be the view. Whether you are in the living room or in your bedroom, the suite offers unparalleled views of New York city. Plus the abundance of natural light creates an atmosphere more like your own residence than a hotel room.
