Suite of the Week – The Imperial Suites at Palazzo Versace Dubai

Set in the heart of the Culture Village and less than 15 minutes away from Dubai International Airport is the very luxurious and very extravagant Palazzo Versace Dubai. Reminiscent of a 16th century Italian Palace, the hotel is truly symbolic of the Versace lifestyle with its striking entrance, high ceilings, landscaped gardens, and a range of well-crafted Italian furnishings. Step foot inside and you will be welcomed by the striking ‘Pietra di Fiume’ design of the iconic Medusa and Greek décor.

A true testimony to the Versace brand, you will find that every single piece of furniture and fabric that adorns the hotel’s 215 hotel rooms and suites, and 169 residences, is designed and tailor-made by the House of Versace. The Imperial Suites At Palazzo Versace Dubai is indeed luxury redefined and is the perfect illustration of grandeur and opulence. No wonder then that it features as our suite of the week.

Measuring almost 12920 sq. ft. the suite is set on two levels. Both offer spectacular 180 degree views of the Dubai creek and feature trademark rococo and baroque art patterns & furnishings. Let’s take a look at both suites.

The first presents a heritage design concept with neoclassical elements and a delicate color palette. We love the Verde Laguna marble mosaic floorings alternated with Grey Delicato or Giallo Siena marble as well as the wooden floors. The furniture here is from the iconic Vanitas collection by Versace Home.

The second suite presents a more contemporary style with all the furniture exclusively selected from the Via Gesù collection by Versace Home and characterized by plain and elegant designs – soft yet neutral colors and the signature Medusa.

Both suites feature an entrance hall, a magnificent marble staircase, a dining room, a living room, an office, a lounge and entertainment room, a cocktail room, two master bedrooms with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms, a gym and sauna.

A stay here would not be complete without a visit to the Spa. The Spa includes 7 luxurious treatments rooms and 1 exquisite Spa suite complete with its own private Jacuzzi and monsoon rain shower. They boast of result driven facials, luxury holistic massages, softening and energizing body treatments, Moroccan hammam, and luxury manicure and pedicure. Before or after your Spa, make sure to take a dip in the azure waters of any of their three outdoor pools surrounded by palm trees and flowers.
