Have you always wanted to live in a sprawling villa in the wilderness, far away from the mentally and physically draining life in the big city? Well, this stunning, under-construction estate in Tahoe might be the place you might be looking for. All you need is $12.8 million. Before you say anything about the property’s steep pricing, let me tell you that it offers a lot of things that justify its asking price. In addition to a long list of luxury amenities and features to support off-grid living, this 7,142-square-foot (664 square meters) dream villa comes with a “complimentary” Tesla Cybertruck.
According to the listing, the massive electric pick-up truck will be handed over to the buyer by the developer of the property as an incentive. Although, there’s no mention of the trim level of the Cybertruck. However, considering the $12.8 million asking price for the estate, we can only expect it to be the flagship Cyberbeast model, which is powered by three electric motors capable of producing 845hp.
The property is being built by developer Whisper Homes in Clear Creek Tahoe, Nevada, a secluded residential and golfing community touted as a “2,136-acre oasis of pristine mountain wilderness.” The luxury villa will be among the “less than 300 homesites,” conceived with “sustainable luxury living” in mind. The listing also claims that the property offers sweeping vistas in every direction, including snow-capped peaks and lush forests of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the beauty of Lake Tahoe.
The house features a 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom layout, while amenities on offer include a substantial terrace, deck, pool, and dual-temperature wine cellars. It also has a subterranean garage that can fit up to six cars, with additional room for a gym, theater, or spa.
Interestingly, the estate will be equipped with a Tesla solar roof, a Powerwall battery system, generators, and a battery backup system, allowing the home to operate “off-grid” as needed. The setup can also be used to charge the Cybertruck and other EVs. The Estate is still under construction and is expected to be completed in late 2024.
However, the property might be snapped up in no time despite its eye-watering price. The Cybertruck offered with the villa might do the trick in attracting potential buyers. After all, the stainless steel-bodied truck has quickly become a status symbol ever since it’s gone on sale. Celebrities like Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, and Kim Kardashian have all become proud owners of $100,000 electric truck.
