A touch of Bergdorf Goodman takes 22 Central Park South from upscale to plain exclusive

Fifth Avenue icon, Bergdorf Goodman has now moved up to 22 Central Park South. The luxury retailer has joined creative hands with real estate developer Elad Group to curate residences at Manhattan’s much-coveted spot. A model now stands at the posh Central Park address showcasing not only intelligent use of space but also an abundant devotion to luxe. What isn’t showcased, however, is that residents will be able to call the Bergdorf concierge team 24/7 for personal shopping requests, dining questions, scheduling beauty services et al.

Bergdorf’s first ever attempt into an agreement like this has resulted in an idealized dream model residence within the boulevard of 22 Central Park South. The landmarked condominium now boasts luxurious materials, comfortable furniture and well-chosen decorative accessories besides its distinguished Parkside setting. Receiving designs and furnishings from Bergdorf, Residence 7 features cashmere pillows, antique decorations, imported china and crystal adornments, giving a peek to prospective buyers of the plushness they could attain.

And while the accessories behind this peek came from L’Object, Kathryn McCoy, Veritas, Foundwell, Kelly Wearstler, Moser and Aerin, with artwork curated by Dean Rhys Morgan, the building by itself includes six spacious full-floor residences with one-bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom, two-bedroom and two and-a-half bathroom apartments. The building’s top two floors also house a duplex penthouse, offering three private outdoor terraces. And now a direct link to Bergdorf Goodman due to which, designers will work with residents to realize a dream space and offer indefinite consultation.
