Aston Martin has designed five stunning residences for a NY skyscraper which come with a unique DBX SUV

Sir David Adjaye has teamed up with Aston Martin for designing luxury residences on the 59th and 60th floors of his luxe building – 130 William in New York. Marking the first collaboration between the two, each of the homes will be offered with a limited-edition, custom DBX, and a whole fleet of luxuries.

Comprising two penthouses and three loggias, the five houses in total will boast classic leather sofas and armchairs and a lavish outdoor area with panoramic views of the city skyline. The residences will be decorated with materials, textiles, and furniture sourced from the Aston Martin Home Collection by the Italian manufacturer Formitalia, with final touches by Adjaye himself.

Residents will be able to turn the two- or three-bedroom homes into a racing simulator, an office and library space, or a bedroom. They will also have access to the building’s infinity-edge swimming pool, fitness center and spa, yoga studio and basketball court, golf simulator, pet spa, and an IMAX movie theater. But the cherry on the cake is the custom DBX that comes with these units.

Commenting on it, Adjaye in a statement said, “The 130 William Aston Martin homes have been touched in a very particular way that merges our design sensibilities,” he further added, “Together with the limited edition SUVs that come with these units, we’ve created a truly unique signature that blends our two disciplines.”

The Aston Martin X Adjaye penthouses are priced at $11.5 million and $10.5 million, and the loggias retail at $3.9 million, $5.9 million, and $10 million. Well, luxury sure comes at a price!
