Amazon Prime Day seems to have come early for Jeff Bezos, as the billionaire reportedly snapped up a Florida beachfront mansion with seven bedrooms and two pools at a $19 million discount on the original asking price

Tech tycoon Jeff Bezos is busy snapping up houses like mere mortals shop during an Amazon Prime Day sale. Of course, being the man who founded Amazon, he does understand the value of a good discount, and when it is nearly $20 million off the original asking price, the offer could seem impossibly irresistible. The world’s second-richest man, worth $374 billion, is allegedly the mystery buyer behind a record-breaking $69.5 million Florida mansion purchase near his Billionaire Bunker. Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez Bezos are reportedly adding this newly completed estate at 255 Ocean Boulevard in Golden Beach to their massive $234 million Indian Creek Island footprint, bringing their total property spending in the area to well over $300 million.

The 17,500-square-foot home was initially listed for an asking price of $88.5 million before closing at the record $69.5 million mark. If it is indeed one of Bezos’ properties, it would be the perfect beach house addition to his three island acquisitions. Real estate experts point out that this represents ultimate lifestyle diversification, giving the power couple the chance to feel the Golden Beach sand under their feet immediately beyond the garden, something that even three Indian Creek properties cannot provide despite offering beautiful bayfront living.

According to Fox Business, property records reviewed by Fox News Digital show the home was purchased by Delaware-based Meridian Coast LLC, which sources familiar with the transaction told The Real Deal is tied to the Amazon founder. Like Billionaire Bunker, Golden Beach is an upscale, family-oriented enclave featuring its own municipal police force and strict zoning restrictions that prohibit high-rise developments. It is incredibly exclusive, with only about 60 homes sitting directly on the ocean sand, making the oceanfront property a rare and irreplaceable asset for ultra-high-net-worth buyers.

As for the home itself, it comes with seven bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. Among the luxurious additions are a 75-foot lap pool, an additional rooftop pool with spa facilities, a fitness studio for the fitness-focused couple, a massage room, a sauna, and a cold plunge. Because the couple is known for being social and hosting gatherings wherever they go, whether entertaining family and friends at home or cruising the world’s oceans aboard their $500 million superyacht Koru, it is a major plus that this dwelling offers extensive beachside entertainment spaces, a formal salon with a marble bar, a media room, and a private theater.

The large ocean-facing kitchen warms the space with sculptural islands, complemented by a separate chef’s kitchen. For guest comfort, there are separate guest accommodations alongside quarters for live-in staff for round-the-clock care. All in all, it appears to be a welcoming estate complete with a palatial 23-foot entrance, a sculptural travertine staircase, white oak joinery by La Dolce Vita, and custom stone interiors. No matter who the actual owner is, they are fortunate to secure such scarce, private beachfront land while enjoying the best of both worlds on land and sea.

Note- According to Forbes, billionaire Jeff Bezos was worth $374.1 billion at the time of writing.
