Keeping up with its tradition, Aston Martin arrived at the 84th Geneva Motor Show with a host of special editions and bespoke customized cars. Along with the special edition V8 Vantage N430 and the two DB9 Carbon editions, Aston Martin’s bespoke customization service Q has unveiled two models at the show. First up is the Aston Martin V12 Vantage S by Q which is completely decked out with only the best. The standard V12 Vantage S by itself is one of the finest automobiles, but the bespoke model is targeted for the most demanding customers who want their rides to be different than the rest. It wears a triple-tone paintjob of Orange, Stratus While and a Jet Black roof, which we don’t think is very attractive. For a bespoke Aston Martin, we only expect it to be wrapped in the finest livery that matches the drop-dead-gorgeous looks of the car.
But if the outer paintjob is a bit iffy, the interior of the Aston Martin V12 Vantage S by Q is a disaster. Though it’s fitted with the finest of the materials including True Teal and Californian Poppy leather, the blue interior in contrast with the white exterior paint is outrageous. On the other hand, the Q customized Vanquish Volante thankfully has a restrained appearance with an exposed carbon fiber tonneau cover. The interior of the convertible is fitted with White Essence leather seats, Cream Truffle stitching and satin finish walnut trim.
