EDM sensation Deadmau5 is selling his Nyan Cat Ferrari on Craigslist for $380k

Remember Deadmau5’s Ferrari 458 Italia with the outrageous Nyan Cat wrap? Yes we are talking about the same light blue colored Ferrari nicknamed “Purrari” because of a pixilated “Nyan Cat,” an internet meme that went viral, on the side of the vehicle. Guess what? It’s on sale. The Canadian DJ has decided to sell the Ferrari, but the best part of the story is he chose Craigslist to list the car. The listing states that he was selling his 2013 Ferrari 458 Spider (F1 edition) for $380,000 or best offer. He added that anything over the asking price will be donated to the Toronto Humane Society.

According to the EDM star, the Ferrari comes fully loaded with an iPod full of Nyan Cat songs and also said he would personally invite the buyer to Toronto to film a “farewell purrari” coffee run with him. He has recorded dozens of YouTube videos driving his Ferrari to get coffee with some of the world’s most famous celebrities, including Pharrell, Russell Peters, and Skrillex. He later tweeted that Craigslist has removed his ad a few hours after it went live, although the ad was still available online Monday evening. He said that the car can be fully factory restored, as in having the colorful Nyan Cat wrap removed. The car has 6,500 miles on it and can be shipped anywhere in North America.
