This jet-propelled two-person watercraft is designed to look like the Fiat 500 Abarth and has 230 horsepower

The Fiat 500 Abarth is a pint-sized hot-hatch that offers a charming combination of retro-modern styling with sharp and sporty handling, making it perfect for enjoying the coastal roads overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Now, there’s a way to enjoy the same thrill of driving an Abarth on the twisty roads but on open waters. Italian company Car Off Shore has partnered with Stellantis to introduce a Fiat 500 Abarth-themed watercraft. Called the Abarth Offshore, the two-person jet boat celebrates the performance marque’s 75th anniversary. The vessel has been designed to look like the carmaker’s road-going model, both inside and outside. But you’ll be surprised that the jet boat packs more horsepower than the 500 Abarth that was last sold in the US.

According to the official press release, the Abarth Offshore is powered by an inboard hydro jet engine capable of developing 230hp. That’s enough to propel the sporty watercraft to a top speed of 58 knots (~67mph). The jet boat gets a foldable top that has to be manually operated. The exterior features the Abarth logo at the front and the company’s branding on the sides. Inside, the watercraft has two Besenzoni sports seats with four-point belts and a Wave Shock dampened support base. Additionally, it features a Garmin stereo system along with four Fusion speakers and a subwoofer that uses the dashboard as a sounding board. Stellantis says high-quality materials can be found throughout the boat, including Synteak synthetic teak used for flooring. The swim platform includes a recessed steel ladder, while the rear section doubles as a comfortable sundeck. The pricing has not been revealed, but the carmaker says the production of Abarth Offshore will be limited to 500 units.
