Pininfarina collaborates with Rossinavi to introduce a stunning all-aluminum 65-meter superyacht concept

It’s been two years since Italian design firm Pininfarina revealed the stunning Aurea superyacht concept which was developed in collaboration with fellow Italian shipyard Rossinavi. The two have joined forces yet again to present a sleek, 65-meter superyacht called the SuperSport 65. The chrome-colored cruiser concept designed to be constructed entirely out of lightweight aluminum was showcased for the very first time on the occasion of the 60th edition of Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. Inspired by high-performance sports cars and grand tourers, the SuperSport 65 concept exudes Pininfarina’s iconic design language that incorporates fluidity and flowing lines. The automotive reference to Pininfarina’s famous Gran Turismo can be clearly seen in the concept’s captivating curves and how the design effortlessly flows from front to end. The bow and stern are connected by one single line, while the flying bridge is one of the highlights of the vessel.

The 65-meter yacht has a total of six cabins that can accommodate up to 12 guests. The lower deck houses the cockpit, engine room and seven more cabins that are reserved for the crew. In terms of amenities, the vessel has a pool and a Jacuzzi at both ends and there are several lounge areas with custom sofas. The Super Sport 65 is powered by a new four-engine propulsion system that churns out a total of 2,600 horses. Thanks to the vessel’s lightweight construction, it can hit a top speed of 30 knots and has a range of 4,000 nautical miles when cruising at approximately 12 knots.
