Porsche debuts their gorgeous new 911 Targa 4S Exclusive Design Edition

Porsche has unveiled their dramatic new 911 Targa 4S Exclusive Design Edition and the jaws are dropping fast. The marque showcased this new special edition at the AvD Oldtimer Grand Prix and its production is limited to approximately 100 cars worldwide. Only a few lucky (and quick) buyers will get to enjoy this Etna blue model with a “modern classic” appeal. Porsche seems to have a long history with this distinctive shade, it used to be seen on the 356B from 1960 to 1961 and gives the Design edition Targa a chic retro look.

This edition is powered by a 309-kW bi-turbo boxer engine (420-hp), and features a high-quality, graphite-blue leather interior with adaptive Sports seats Plus and 18-way adjustment. Porsche lettering, logos and details are scattered throughout the interior: the door entry guards bear the name “911 targa 4S” while the headrests are embossed with the Porsche logo and a 911 Targa silhouette adorns the cover of the storage compartment in the centre console. Did we mention that the seats allow for 18-way adjustment? Let that sink in.

On the exterior, the signature blue color extends to the front spoiler, covers for the headlight washer system and the “targa” logo on the Targa bar. The car’s enviable 20-inch RS Spyder wheels contrast sharply with the rear lid grille and quadruple sports tailpipes which are painted black.
The lucky buyers who get to purchase these limited edition beauties will also receive specially designed indoor car cover as well as a bound photo album in graphite-blue leather, which documents the development process of their car. For an added bit of personalization, each photo album will feature the specific vehicle identification number (VIN).
