Let’s face it. When it comes to watches, a skeleton timepiece is indeed the best way to grab a lot of attention. The Ulysse Nardin Skeleton is one such wrist watch. The watch uses transparency to its benefit, with Silicium technology and an in-house-developed flying tourbillon gracing its presence. The watch sports a silicium balance spring, anchor and escapement wheel, which makes it extremely unique and brilliant. The watch uses a UN-170 Manufacture movement with 23 jewels and a power reserve of 170 hours. Ulysse Nardin has stuck to its traditional roots by giving this watch a manual winding feature.
The watch’s case is 18 carat rose gold, measuring in at a diameter of 44 mm. the front of the watch features an anti-reflective sapphire crystal while the back makes use of a conventional sapphire crystal. The watch is water resistant to 30 meters, making it durable and versatile. As a finishing touch, Ulysse Nardin has given the Skeleton watch a one-of-a-kind python leather strap. Given its pedigree and the amount of craftsmanship put into the making of this one, the watch will be available only in limited numbers. Only 18 examples of the Ulysse Nardin Skeleton will be produced and sold by the watchmaker.
