Why should tomorrow’s centibillionaires get a megayacht when they can get their very own floating and maneuverable private island? The technology already exists for this incredible floating mansion that has its own waterfall, helipad and even a shark feeding elevator.

Why settle for superyachts and gigayachts when you can possess an entire floating island? The Kokomo Ailand offers a solution to this extraordinary notion, presenting a vessel you can steer but not drive away. This submersible is the creation of the same esteemed engineers and designers who introduced the pioneering Migaloo Private Submersible Yacht to the world.

At first glance, it appears as though a beach club has engulfed the ship, taking control; it could also be described as an inside-out ship that moves at a speed of eight knots. Spanning 383 feet in length, the layout is customizable, including ten suites as well as a penthouse.

The owner’s penthouse, an enchanting space on the jungle deck surrounded by palm trees and vertical gardens, is a highlight. A beach deck dedicated to entertainment features a swimming pool and a barbecue area. The lush garden deck includes alfresco outdoor dining, waterfalls, and the spa deck offers a sanctuary of respite. From a well-equipped spa and beauty salons to an underwater dining salon and massive storage for tenders and toys, this out-of-the-box megayacht justifies its $325 million price tag.

It’s worth noting that the concept was unveiled in 2015, nearly a decade ago, and its value today would be significantly higher. Consider, for instance, the Migaloo M5 submarine, a concept valued at nearly $2 billion, thus far without takers. The Kokomo Ailand is a remarkable project featuring endless amenities like a helipad, an outdoor cinema, and an astonishing ‘shark-feeding elevator.’

The island also provides space to dock your yacht or submarine. According to Forbes, the creators of Migaloo PSY have responded to the increasing desire for customization and personal tailoring of super- and mega-yachts, with a focus on privacy for both the owner and their guests, by developing the concept of constructing sizable private submarines and floating islands.

Migaloo’s head, Christian Gumpold, told the Huffington Post, ‘Living on and with the sea will be a future megatrend. The island can be a first step to adapting to this new way of living.’ Christian also disclosed to Bloomberg that these islands rank among ‘the most expensive private objects worldwide.’ The Migaloo Kokomo Ailand can be ordered through Migaloo Submarines.
