Pagani Residences has partnered with Prestige Imports to launch a bespoke auto concierge, turning its Miami condo tower into a private ecosystem for exotic car collectors

Pagani has always understood something the rest of the supercar world pretends not to notice. For the people who buy these machines, the ownership experience is never just the car. It is the logistics, the ritual, the storage, the care, the quiet status of being surrounded by objects that are treated like art. That same mentality is now being engineered into real estate, because Pagani Residences in Miami has partnered with Prestige Imports to launch a bespoke automotive concierge program called Auto Privata, turning the building into something closer to a collector ecosystem than a conventional luxury condo tower.

On paper, it is a “white glove” concierge. In practice, it reads like a private operating system for exotic and collector vehicles. Prestige Imports, led by CEO Brett David, will help train the building’s valet team, manage vehicle handling standards, and provide monthly condition reporting.

Residents can schedule maintenance and service, request pre-arrival preparation, and tap into services that range from detailing to enclosed transport. It is designed to make ownership feel effortless, while keeping the standard of care at the level serious collectors expect, meaning vehicles are not simply parked, they are managed.

What makes the partnership credible is that Prestige is not a generic luxury dealer playing dress-up. This is one of the most prominent exotic car names in Florida, with a deep collector clientele and direct experience dealing in the kind of machinery Pagani buyers respect. That matters because high-end buyers do not want a concierge service that feels like an amenity. They want something that feels like infrastructure. Auto Privata is clearly aimed at people who think in terms of collections, not commutes.

And that is exactly who Pagani Residences is courting. The project, located in North Bay Village with sweeping Biscayne Bay views, is intentionally limited and intimate for Miami luxury standards, with just 70 residences, including duplex penthouses and Sky Residences. It is being positioned as the first residential development tied to Horacio Pagani’s universe, where design language and craftsmanship are not decoration but identity. You are not meant to live near Pagani. You are meant to live inside the brand’s worldview.

In a city where branded condos have become a competitive sport, this move feels unusually practical. Plenty of developments borrow automotive badges and then stop at the logo. Pagani Residences is building a daily-use amenity that fits Miami’s culture and its buyer base, a service that will actually be used by residents who fly in for a weekend, want their cars prepared with surgical precision, and would rather have their collection appear at the curb like it has been waiting for them all along.

It is a distinctly modern kind of luxury, one that values precision over noise, curation over clutter, and seamless ownership over spectacle, a philosophy that feels perfectly aligned with the way Pagani has always treated cars as rolling works of art.
