Bvlgari, the Italian fashion house collaborates with London’s design school, Central Saint Martin, to bring a fresh inspiration to the brand.
In a bid to introduce a new look, fresh ideas and innovative designs in keeping with the look of the brand, Bvlgari invited three designers into their world to give their take on three of their existing codes, Monete, Serpenti and Bvlgari Bvlgari.
As a six week project the young designers visited the brand’s atelier in Florence, Italy and worked with the craftsmen there to create 3D prototypes of their designs. Apart from it being a fruitful and learning experience for the young designers it was rewarding for Bvlgari as well.
The designs turned out to be quite spectacular and as the prototypes will continue to be made, one of the designs will be used for the celebrations for the Bvlgari Bvlgari code 40 year anniversary.
