Designers create dresses made from Crayola crayons for Bloomingdales NYC

The Bloomingdale’s window displays on 59th street Manhattan, are a sight for sore eyes. After the drab, dreary winter months, the window displays burst into summery, vibrant colours with Crayola crayons. Bloomingdale’s and Crayola have teamed up with six celebrated designers like Rebecca Minkoff, Parker and Rebecca Taylor to create an innovative, lively and high fashion look for their Spring 2015 window display.

bloomingdales-crayola-6The outfits on the mannequins are designed by the designers in actual crayons. The designers have gone all out and used the crayons and their wrappers to add texture and 3D effects to the outfits, the result being stunning outfits made from crayons.
