Guerlain’s Baiser de Russie captures the boho chic style of the Muscovite woman


The cities of Paris, London and Milan have endlessly served as inspiration for luxury fragrances over the years. Guerlain is looking in a different direction though; the house was inspired by the unique mood and flavour of Moscow for their latest scent. Baiser de Russie or Russian Kiss captures the boho chic style of Moscow through this musky, fruity and floral fragrance.

The fragrance opens with bergamot, plum, pine needle, absinthe and lemon and these notes give way to a heart of cranberry and jasmine. The base notes here are caramel, sandalwood, tonka bean, white musk and vanilla.

This fragrance is part of an exclusive collection of fragrances that Guerlain that celebrates rereleased fragrances from the brand’s archive. It makes sense that they chose to bottle it in their iconic bee bottle, since the fragrance revisits the brand’s history. The fragrance is available in 125 ml flacons as an Eau de Parfum.
