Chef Jean-George preps up a Michelin three-starred feast for rescue puppies

Michelin-starred chef and proud restaurateur, Jean-George Vongerichten has been cooking a luscious selection of dishes for an inspiring list of food aficionados for years. We hear in addition to his countless VIP clients at Jean-Georges in Manhattan, he has also prepped up three-course meals for our four-legged favourites.

In the video, pups Marnie & Ripley, can be observed gulping down the gastronomic fare while sitting at a table-cloth covered table. The man-behind-the-scenes at Jean-Georges, Philippe Vongerichten places the order with the kitchen – perhaps a doggy bag for two – and delivers the meal to the cute pups course by course.

The 'Hell's Kitchen' host is equally tough with his kids, as in the kitchen, he travels in first class and makes his children fly coach.

Well, let’s see what’s on the menu:

First Course
Roasted bone marrow with salmon roe and brioche croutons
Second Course
Orecchiette with meatballs and fresh ricotta
Third Course – Dessert
A peanut butter ice cream sundae

Jean-Georges proceeds to the table where the two pups are contentedly seated, just to get an idea as to how the duo cherished their meal. Looking down at the table and assessing the clutter, he says, thrilled: “I know you enjoyed your meal because your plate was very clean.”
