Transitioning from the streets to interiors, Bugatti transforms abodes into distinguished spaces with its latest offering. Bugatti Home seamlessly merges over a century of Bugatti heritage with avant-garde design. At this year’s Milan Design Week, onlookers were greeted with a display of Bugatti’s $5 million hyper sports car, the Mistral, leading to a lineup of striking and sophisticated home furnishings.
The furniture line embodies the essence of Bugatti, crafted from the finest quality materials such as European open-pore oak, glass, metal elements, and metallic lacquer, juxtaposed with modern technological elements to create playful contrasts. Large amounts of glass inspired by the famous Bugatti “C-line” were used to create statement pieces, while natural fabrics like cashmere, wool, leather, and silk brought the collection to life.
Highlight pieces include the Type_1 modular sofa, loveseat, and chaise longue, exuding the sleekness of a supercar. The Type_4 dining table and Type_5 chairs, crafted from lightweight materials like carbon fiber and hand-painted aluminum, echo the elegance of Bugatti design. The innovative Type_7 desk features near-invisible integrated drawers, adding intrigue to functionality.
Undoubtedly, the most statement-making piece of the collection is the TYPE_3 sofa, reviving 1970s glamor with the signature Bugatti logo in iconic ‘Bugatti Blue’. Available in armchair, chaise longue, and ottoman variants, it adds a touch of luxury to any space.
The 2024 collection will be on display until April 21 and more information is available on the website.
The maker of fantastic furniture and insane $2 hypercars is also developing its first branded residences in Dubai. One cannot help but visualize the grandeur of a resident owning a home at the 42-storey Bugatti Residences by Binghatti, with this swanky car and a home that looks like a million bucks, owing to pieces from the Bugatti Home collection.
