On Fifth Avenue, St. Regis New York Hotel is the new address for Richemont group, which owns luxe brands like Jaeger-LeCoultre, Cartier, Montblanc, Piaget, Chloe Net-a-Porter, Vacheron Constantin, and more. Known as the world’s second-largest luxury group, Richemont has bought a premium retail condominium for $375 million. The brand has plans to open one of its stores at the recently acquired condominium at St Regis.
