Marie Claire has led the Parisian fashion scene since decades is all set to enter the Indian market this year. This global lifestyle brand will be launching its first Pret collection aimed at the 20 to 40 year women with ‘je ne sais quoi’ in India.
Marie Claire has tied up with Indian manufacturing and marketing giant “Epic Brands Pvt Ltd” for ready to wear clothing. Epic Brands is already well established in the Indian market with labels exclusively designed by well known French, English, Italian and American fashion designers.
The exclusive launch of Marie Claire is slated for 22nd June 2016 in New Delhi. The Marie Claire woman is smart, stylish, fresh with a great attitude towards life and an ever so subtle French touch. The brand seems to have hit the nail on the head with their styles and colour palettes.
The Pret women’s collection initially will have short shirts, tops, skirts, trousers, crop tops, tube tanks, tunics, maxi dresses and jumpsuits. The price point will range from INR 999 to INR 9,999 targeting women between 20 and 40 years.
The brand will start to operate with ‘Exclusive brand Outlet’ and ‘Multi Brand Outlet’ from 2017onwards and will initially start with tie ups with only reputed online fashion stores to market their products. By 2020 they paln to include 20 exclusive stores and 200 multi brand outlets for Marie Claire in India.
