When you’ve been CEO of a billion-dollar company, you’re bound to roll in riches. A living proof of that is Google’s ex-CEO Eric Schmidt and his sprawling real estate empire. After owning a couple of houses across the globe, the entrepreneur recently purchased a swanky malibu colony retreat, priced at $22.6 million.

Located inside a gated community, the novel beach home previously belonged to late real estate developer Ralph Kiewit Jr. It was originally listed for $29 million in December 2020 and later for $25 million in June 2021, before finally going to Schmidt for a huge discount.

It was sold by the Estate of Ralph Kiewit and is one of the chicest adds to CEO Eric Schmidt’s real estate portfolio, we reckon!
