The real estate market in Dubai is so hot that a community of Lamborghini-branded villas worth $115 million sold out in just a week. Still under construction, the luxury homes start at $3.75 million each.

Ever wonder why there’s breakneck development happening at every corner of Dubai? It’s because as soon as a fabulous project commences, it’s sold out. That’s exactly what happened with property developer AMIS. Their $115 million project, The Woodland Residences, received an overwhelming response from buyers and was completely sold out within a week of its launch. The ‘Lamborghini‘ name could also have plenty to do with this major feat, as the branded villa community township, located close to MBR City at District 11 Meydan, Dubai, is developed in collaboration with the supercar brand.

The Woodland Residences comprised 30 villas for sale. Each home, a 5-bedroom villa spanning a whopping 7,335 sq.ft., comes complete with a private garden and swimming pool. The three-story villas flaunt an expansive and exceptional family living room flanked by open and closed kitchens.

Outside lies a private pool and two-sided terraces, offering picturesque views of the Burj Khalifa skyline. Ceiling heights in the lobby reach anywhere from 13 ft to 26 ft high, and the homes feature an elevator for comfort.

‘We are absolutely delighted by the extraordinary response to The Woodland Residences,’ remarked Omar Gull, Managing Partner of AMIS, per Zawya. ‘The rapid sell-out reaffirms our belief in the strength of the Dubai real estate market and the discerning tastes of our clientele. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our valued customers for their trust and confidence in AMIS.’ The 5-bedroom villa costs nearly $3,700,000 and sets a new benchmark for not just opulent living in the city but also sales.
