While becoming a billionaire and affording that lifestyle is a helluva lot of work, witnessing their awesome lives from a distance is absolutely free and utterly enjoyable. Call it one of the benefits of lifestyle voyeurism. Home Depot billionaire Arthur Blank sailed his incredible 364-footer DreAMBoat to picturesque Italy. The $350 million superyacht is the stuff of dreams but during the group’s stop in Ischia, the yacht found a contender in the beautiful backdrop to the village of Ischia Ponte, dominated by the Aragonese Castle and overlooking the bay of Cartaromana.

When one’s luxury vessel sails them to a pristine place like Aenaria, the submerged archaeological site located in the waters of Cartaromana, the group cannot help but leave the luxuries of their pleasure craft and explore the surrounding natural environment. That’s exactly what the well-heeled billionaire clan did.

Aenaria is known for guided snorkeling tours and the guests of DreAMBoat indulged in some adventure while their pleasure craft awaited, reported Ansa. Yes, it may be hard to believe, but sometimes the little things in life, like a $50 snorkelling trip, can surpass the amenities of a $350 million vessel. The Atlanta Falcons owner’s family made the most of Castello Aragonese; they indulged in delicacies at La Paranza according to local guide Paolo de Palma giving the gourmet chefs of DreAMBoat a little break from service. The group allegedly soaked up plenty of scenery and sights while touring the Castello Aragonese, including its churches, convents, terraces and views over Ischia Ponte.

As for the 2,000-year-old Roman harbor, the group literally left behind their floating mansion of the 21st century to explore what remained of ships from the 1st century BC. The site reveals a nearly 100-foot-long harbor quay built completely underwater with marine concrete, a feat that survived 2000 years. It also contains the wreckage of ancient ships whose hulls were crafted with interlocking mortise-and-tenon hulls. The glass-bottomed boat reveals exceptionally well preserved wooden formwork of the harbor quay. While this experience didn’t require billionaire privilege, returning and living aboard DreAMBoat certainly did.

DreAMBoat, an Oceanco beauty delivered in November 2025 is a maritime marvel that sleeps 28 guests in 14 staterooms. In the name of luxury at sea she has it all, from two cinemas, a spa, a golf simulator for the avid 82 year old golfer. The 4550 GT ship is made more spectacular with the addition of a winter garden and a covered cocktail terrace so no matter which part of the planet one sails to, the elements don’t affect the entertainment. My favorite part of the yacht? Arthur Blank’s private space, an entire deck with a versatile entertainment area aft, featuring a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. At the time of writing the exceptional $350 million DreAMBoat arrived at Barcelona, according to Marine Traffic.
