This $6 million Ferrari Daytona SP3 has one thing the other 598 units produced don’t: autographs from F1 drivers Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz Jr on the engine cover of its mighty V12 engine

If you’re going to ask big bucks when you resell your limited-run Ferrari Daytona SP3, you better have good reason to do so. In the case of this particular Daytona SP3 on sale with F1rst Motors, a luxury car dealer in Dubai, there are two really good reasons why the seller is asking nearly $6 million for the limited-run Ferrari. Those are the autographs of F1 drivers Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz Jr on the carbon fiber engine cover over the 6.5-liter V12.

Further, if you’re a fan of Ferraris finished in anything but Rosso Corsa, this car is the only Daytona SP3 painted in BP Green, a somewhat bold color choice. The bronze wheels certainly set the color off even more than, say, a set of silver wheels would’ve. The interiors are more subtle, with a healthy dose of carbon fiber, Alcantara, and perforated leather with green contrast stitching.

We hope the next owner racks up more miles on this very special car from the Ferrari Icona series, considering it’s clocked just 390 miles from new. That 6.5-liter V12 pumps out 828 horsepower, revs all the way up to 9,500rpm, and blitzes the 0-62mph run in 2.8 seconds. Top speed? A heady 211mph. More than being safe on the road, we hope the owner steers clear of valets.

It certainly takes an extrovert to spec a Daytona SP3 this way, one of just 599 ever made with a price tag of $2.4 million when new. We hope the next owner can stomach the standout spec, though to be fair, the color makes the Daytona SP3’s highlight styling element of the strakes at the rear pop.
