Inspired by how Orcas swim, Art-loving billionaire Eyal Ofer’s $200 million Olivia O superyacht with military styling is designed to cut through the water. One of the most uniquely designed vessels in the world, it comes with a swimming pool, cinema and helipad.

The elements that set Sailing Yacht A, Nord, Pink Shadow, and Skat apart from the thousands of yachts sailing around the world are also witnessed in another maritime marvel – Olivia O Yacht. This 290-foot motoryacht was built by Ulstein Verft AS from Norway, who launched the luxurious vessel in 2020. With a volume of 4,989 GT, the spectacular vessel boasts exterior design by Espen Øino International and interior design by Droulers Architecture.

This $200 million ship is the only X-BOW 88.5M model to exist. This ensures a wave-piercing effect at small wave heights and reduces pitching and bow impact loads in bigger seas. It is safe to say that its most innovative and identifiable feature is the reversed X-Bow. Inside, the ship accommodates 20 guests in 10 stately cabins, serviced by a crew of 30. The yacht includes a state-of-the-art helipad and a 10-meter swimming pool.

Olivio O passes by the Sailing Yacht A.

Sheathed in secrecy, the yacht’s interior is described as “rationalist,” featuring a sophisticated blend of utilitarian and luxurious elements with Japanese-inspired wood and metal accents. High-end Rolls Royce engines, renowned for their durability and efficiency, lend Olivia O a top speed of 19 knots. Valued at $200 million, the luxury boat sets its affluent owner back by approximately $20 million yearly, but she sure looks worth the expense.

Who owns the outstanding Olivia O superyacht?
This stunner is owned by none other than Eyal Ofer, the chairman of the Monaco-based Ofer Global, active in shipping, real estate, technology, banking, energy, and other investments. With so many enterprises, it is not surprising his net worth is a whopping $21.5 billion. His shipping business, Zodiac Group, boasts a fleet of more than 180 vessels. On the other hand, through his Global Holdings Group, he owns over 120 properties and more than 2,500 hotel rooms.

With immense wealth comes expensive taste, and Ofer has that in abundance. He is a former member of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and his Eyal Ofer Pavilion at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art opened in September 2023, a haven of modern and contemporary art. The 73-year-old Israeli billionaire inherited half of his father’s vast art collection, said to be one of the world’s most magnificent.
