Forget private swimming pools; this ultra-luxury Dubai skyscraper will have oasis-inspired retreats with transforming pools, VR scuba simulator pools, and aquatic art spaces for kids.

In Dubai, the question always is, “What’s next?” The Emirate consistently responds impressively and swiftly. Luxury real estate developer, Damac Properties, has unveiled its latest architectural marvel: Damac Casa. This edifice is a tribute to the ever-evolving City of Gold. Within this tower, islands ascend vertically, exuding an unparalleled mix of water, tranquility, and luxury. A standout feature is the virtual reality scuba diving simulators in the lavish accommodations. These offer varied virtual experiences, from the depths of the Red Sea to the vastness of the Indian Ocean and even the expanse of outer space.

The structure, inspired by the lotus flower, will stand in the Al Sufouh area, overlooking Dubai’s iconic Palm. Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President at DAMAC, remarked, “We are proud to unveil DAMAC Casa, a shining addition to our portfolio of distinctive luxury towers. Every detail has been meticulously designed, embodying our commitment to delivering unparalleled experiences for our discerning clients. Drawing on our extensive experience and community feedback, this tower captures the essence of our brand’s ethos.”

DAMAC Casa boasts features like a “Flying Island” centerpiece, Aqua Spa, pools, and a children’s play area. This kids’ zone allows young artists to dive into their creativity using a novel medium. Their water sketches are then showcased on digital screens in the lobby. The Flying Island will offer luxury units with circular outdoor terraces and expansive 270-degree water views. The oasis-inspired retreats also incorporate a serene Aqua Spa, with treatment rooms that appear to float on water.

The super luxury units come complete with a lavish oasis pool.
