It might have been his mother Dolores Aveiro’s 69th birthday, but Brazilian singer Luan Santana was the one who went home with a stellar gift—an $82K Rolex watch. The 32-year-old performed at his mother’s glitzy birthday party at the Savoy Palace in Madeira, and needless to say, it was a quite moving performance. The forward also made the evening incredibly memorable for his mum by getting her a swanky new Porsche Cayenne.
As expected, the proud parent was moved to tears when her grandson Cristiano Jr presented her with the motor. Porsche Cayenne starts at $81000 and goes up to $110,000 depending on the trim and options. The Portuguese star didn’t shy away from gifting the talented singer something as expensive as the car he gifted his mother. A video of the Sertanejo singer receiving the remarkable present was shared on social media. The gobsmacked crooner stated, “You didn’t do that, no… For God’s sake, man. You know this is my first, right? My first Rolex… What a moment! From the hands of the man…”.
Santana also shared a post on Instagram with the Al Nassr legend, sporting his expensive timepiece: “What an honor to start 2024 alongside this very special family!! Thanks for the invite, @cristiano.” Ronaldo flew in from Saudi Arabia to join his mother for the celebrations in Madeira that accompanied her turning 69 on New Year’s Eve. The year 2023 certainly ended on a top note for Ronaldo, the top goalscorer in 2023, scoring 54 goals for Al-Nassr and Portugal.
