Crocs have finally entered the luxe league – thanks to Balenciaga and the latest collaboration between the marquees. Together they launched the ‘Balenciaga Crocs Pool’ slide sandals that are an extravagant take on the Crocs Classic Bae Clog.
Featuring the quintessential rounded platform sole, the sandals come with an open-toe and backless finish. They further bear a vented, mule-like upper embellished with the Balenciaga logo and the shoe’s size.
Available in solid black, vivid green, white, yellow, and pink, the footwear is for both men and women. Sharing the first look at the design, Balenciaga creative director Demna Gvasalia took to Instagram with mind-boggling snippets of the collaboration.
While some users weren’t pleased with what they saw, others were stated that they couldn’t wait to get their hands on a pair soon. This, again, isn’t the first time Balenciaga has joined hands with Crocs. The marquees first collaborated in 2018 and have since launched heeled clogs, knee-high boots, and now the pool sandals.
