Already one of the world’s most sought-after destinations, Singapore is about to add another jewel to its skyline. Come 2028, Aman will unveil its first hotel in the city-state, offering travelers a new reason to experience its understated elegance and modern allure. With the announcement of Aman Singapore, the brand extends its philosophy of serene urban sanctuaries into the clouds through a collaboration with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), the architectural firm behind the Burj Khalifa. The new property will rise within The Skywaters, Singapore’s tallest and first “supertall” skyscraper, soaring 1,000 feet at the intersection of Marina Bay, the Central Business District, and the upcoming Greater Southern Waterfront.

Of the tower’s 47 levels, Aman Singapore will occupy floors 28 through 30, featuring both luxury hotel suites and a select number of branded residences. Above it, The Residences at Skywaters will house 190 exclusive apartments, while a private members’ club will cater to Singapore’s elite with curated events and networking in true Aman style. Guests of Aman Singapore will enjoy sweeping views of the skyline and the South China Sea, a full-floor spa with an infinity pool, and refined dining experiences, hallmarks of Aman’s urban retreats.

While SOM shapes the building’s dramatic exterior, Kerry Hill Architects will curate the interiors. Their long-standing partnership with Aman has defined the brand’s distinctive calm aesthetic, seen at Aman Tokyo, Amanemu, and Aman Kyoto. Inside, the ambiance will reflect the brand’s signature serenity, seamlessly blending modern minimalism with warmth and local influence. For those dreaming of making this sanctuary home, the limited Aman-branded residences will range from one to five bedrooms, blending sophistication, serenity, and comfort in one seamless vision of luxury.
Vlad Doronin, CEO and Chairman of Aman Group, said, “The launch of Aman Singapore, within the landmark Skywaters development, marks an exciting chapter for our brand and is something our devoted community has long anticipated. With a robust pipeline including Dubai, Riyadh, and Beverly Hills, and established properties in Bangkok, Tokyo, and New York, Aman Singapore will embody all the hallmarks of our urban sanctuaries, intuitive service, serene design, privacy, and exceptional locations. It will also serve as a key connection point to our Aman destinations across Asia for our global guests.”
Aman currently operates 36 resorts and hotels in over 20 destinations, 15 of which are within or close to UNESCO World Heritage sites. With Singapore joining this roster, the brand adds yet another masterpiece to its constellation of urban sanctuaries.
