The Niche GM by Goyard resembles a miniature gabled house measuring 77 x 68 x 77 cm. It allows small or medium-sized dogs to roam freely around their mansions before returning to their own private space whenever they wish.
It is crafted from black Goyardine canvas with tan Clamecy cowhide, mimicking a classic Goyard trunk. It also flaunts traditional trunk-making details such as palladium-finished hardware, leather “gendarme” handles, leather trim, and studded leather corners. Dogs can peek through the windows and use the removable door whenever they want to run back to their generous owners. To ensure they rest in utmost comfort, the kennel features a double-layered felt mat. Another interior element that makes the space soothing for the pet is its yellow monochrome coated-canvas lining, which can be easily maintained by simply wiping it with a damp, lightly soapy cloth.
The Niche GM kennel is made in France, while Goyard’s pet-accessory tradition dates back to the 1890s. Back then, Edmond Goyard sold accessories for dogs, cats, and monkeys, and Le Chic du Chien was born.
