While the stars and visitors from around the world made merry all evening during the opening night of the 2011 Cannes Film Festival, the surrounding seas were no less fun, and Calvin Klein did it in ‘style and sophistication.’ He threw a party on the 45.7m Palmer Johnson superyacht Vantage. The guests were taken to the yacht from the Hotel Martinez Jetee and welcomed with chilled champagne. Gourmet appetizers followed shortly as his guests relaxed and enjoyed the evening with the Cannes shoreline’s backdrop.
