The Crazy Color Edition Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG for Japan are brawny, yet cheerful

The Mercedes-Benz G-Class is known to be an aggressive car. With an intimidating stance and a no-nonsense design, this one’s the type of car the bad guys usually prefer to drive around. However, for those who still love the G-Class but need to add a dash of vibrancy to it, there’s a way to do so, that’ll require a substantially fat wad of cash. Called the Crazy Color Edition, this extremely colourful trim line for the Mercedes G63 AMG offers eye-catching colours like Solar Beam, Tomato Red, Sunset Beam, Galactic Beam, and Alien Beam. These cars, exclusive to Japan, will be sold in extremely limited numbers. Only 12 units of the Sunset Beam, 12 of the Tomato Red, 9 of Solar Beam, 11 of the Galactic Beam and 6 of the Alien Green will be sold in Japan.

Regardless of the trim you choose, the Crazy Color Edition cars come standard with Obsidian Black accents and matte black 5 spoke rims. This contrasting shade has been added to the car’s wheel arches, the bumpers, the roof and the mirrors. Inside the car, Mercedes-Benz has added body-colored stitching that adorns the dashboard, the console and the seats too. Under the hood, the G63 AMG packs a 5.5-liter biturbo V8, making it a powerfully colorful beast.
